External Consultant on Supporting the SEDF to Refine Their Sustainable Operational Guidance

Paz y Desarrollo (PyD) is seeking an external consultant on supporting the SEDF to refine their sustainable operational guidance in Quang Nam from March to April in 2015. More information can be found in the attached Terms of Reference.
