Endline Evaluation Consultant for WOBA Vietnam

Thrive/East Meets West (EMW) is looking for a small multidisciplinary team of consultants to conduct the Endline Evaluation of the Women-Led Output-Based Aid (WOBA) project in Vietnam from October-December 2022. The evaluation focuses on all aspects of the project programming, including sanitation, piped water connection, climate resilient water safety plan, faecal sludge management, menstrual health hygiene training, and other WASH related training.
