Disability Program Manager

CRS is looking a qualified candidate for a position of Disability Program Manager with details in the attached JD.

Education and Experience Requirement:

• Master's Degree in Social Work or in the field of Disability.
• Minimum of 4 - 5 years of work experience in a project management position with an international NGO, with preferably at least 2-3 years working in the area of Disability.
• Good experience in project grants management, including project design, preferably for grants from multiple public donors, including USAID.
• Demonstrated ability to write high quality technical proposals.
• Experience engaging with partner organizations
• Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) skills and experience
• Staff management experience and abilities that are conducive to a learning environment.
• Experience using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Web Conferencing Applications, information management systems.
