Deputy Chief of Party II

CRS is currently looking for the Deputy Chief of Party II—to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or other advanced degree in relevant international development, business administration, finance or other relevant field combined with a minimum of 5 years of experience with USAID funded projects.  
• Expertise with USAID operations, policies, and procedures including experience in USAID environmental, CFR, ADS, and FAR regulations.  
• Proven ability to leverage and manage partnerships and cooperate with host country governments and international partners in implementing donor-funded projects preferred.
• Experience working with the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry and BAPPENAS preferred.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, developing, and managing staff, as well as experience managing programmatic and financial reporting.
