USAID/Vietnam Evaluation, Monitoring and Survey Services Project is looking for a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for Vietnam Evaluation, Monitoring and Survey Services Project. This project will assist the Vietnam USAID Mission to design and carry out various evaluations, monitoring surveys, and performance management studies. The project will also provide M&E training to Mission staff and implementing partners.
