VACANCIES:     01 Coordinator on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)

Within the Program “Decentralized Trade Support Services for Strengthening the International Competitiveness of Vietnamese SME’s” funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), VIETRADE is seeking to recruit 1 Coordinator on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E).

This is full-time, locally contracted position.

Starting date: April 2015

Assignment duration: one year, renewable

Duty station: Hanoi with occasional travel to Regional hubs

The successful applicant will have the following minimum qualifications:

• Fair knowledge of exports and foreign trade matters, at macro and micro levels; prior experience at entreprise level would be an asset
• Solid experience in technical cooperation project management or coordination
• Prior experience in M&E systems
• Good analytical and reporting abilities
• Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking
