Assignment Title: Consultancy firm to develop short documentary videos about the project

The Save the Children has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Northern Mountain Integrated Child Nutrition Improvement Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting service.
The consulting service (“the Service”) includes:

- Facilities provided by Save the Children
- Project relevant documents and communication materials (videos, articles, etc.)
- Transportation services for field preparation and field filming
- Review the relevant draft deliverables
- Help to contact with local partners for logistic arrangement and/ or any necessary support for field filming (local interpreter, interview arrangements, etc.)
The Save the Children now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are applied for film director and content creator (other positions are optional):
- Bachelor degree or higher in producing videos/ films or relevant fields;
- Experienced in producing creative products within the last five years (specify number of videos and films);
- Priority given to those experienced in producing documentary films relating to agriculture/ health (specify number of videos and films);
- Priority given to those experienced in working with international organizations or INGOs;
- Experienced in producing videos with participation of ethnic minorities, particularly Hmong, Thai, Dao, Muong, within the last five years (specify number of videos and films);
- Having at least one member able to communicate in English (particularly writing skills)
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011 (revised July 2014) (“Consultant Guidelines”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub-consultancy to enhance their qualifications.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Consultants Qualification Selection Method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.
