Consulting Firm to Review Requests for Disbursement

Belgian Development Agency (BTC) in Vietnam is looking for a consulting firm to review requests for disbursement of Belgian-funded investment works under the Water Supply and Sanitation project in Binh Dinh province. See the ToR attached for more details.
