Consulting Firm to Conduct Baseline Survey of Disability

CBM is now looking for a consulting firm, or a group of capable consultants who will be responsible for conducting a baseline survey of disability in Dien Bien city (2 communes) and Dien Bien district (2 communes). Please find attached the Terms of Reference for more information.
