Consultants at RCV Project

The component project “Restructuring rural economy focusing on rice value chain” under Restructuring for a more Competitive Vietnam Project (RCV) is sponsored by Australian Government with the goal of contributing to restructure the rural economy based on developing rice sector towards high added values and sustainability.

The Institute of Policy and Strategy for Agriculture and Rural Development (IPSARD) is assigned as an implementation agency for this component project with a Component Project Management Unit based in the Institute. In order to deploy activities of this component, the Management Unit is looking for 06 experienced and qualified Vietnamese consultants and 01 international qualified consultant to carry out tasks required in the TORs attached.
