Consultant(s) for Project Mid Term Review

Caritas Switzerland is now looking for qualified consultant(s) for the Mid Term Review of the project “Strengthening partnership between Government and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to increase access to education for children with disability”, which was approved by Caritas Norway with the agreement signed between Caritas Norway and Caritas Switzerland on 28 May 2014. Interested consultants are invited to send their CV, technical proposal (no more than 5 pages) and financial proposal (budget) addressing their understanding of the assignment, an evaluation plan including methodology, tools and process (work-plan including dates) as well as reference details to the email address [email protected] by 5pm, 20th March 2016.
