Project “Strengthening Capacity on Natural Resources and Environment Policy Development and Environmental Performance” (hereafter referred as NREP) is seeking for a consultant team (6 National consultants) to develop a feasible proposal for applying an Environmental Performance Index (EPI) at Provincial level in Vietnam.
