Consultants to carry out Midterm Review of the project “Early Childhood Development Project in Gia Lai Province”

After two years of project implementation, both implementing organizations (Plan in Vietnam and Department of Education and Training of Gialai province) and the donors  feel the need to have a comprehensive review of the project in order to give recommendations, as necessary, for the second and final phase of project planning and implementation.

In addition, the integrated ECCD approach is relatively new in Viet Nam and, as such, is little experience of practical implementation of such approaches at grassroots level (especially in disadvantaged ethnic minority areas) that could serve as comparison for the implementing organizations. Plan in Vietnam is seeking a consultant to carry out a comprehensive review of the project in order to give recommendations, as necessary, for the second and final phase of project planning and implementation.
