Consultant/Professional Video Company to Conduct a Short Documentary Film

ADRA in Vietnam is a non-governmental organization which has been consistently and actively operating for 28 years, implementing over 200 development and relief projects across the country in various sectors.

We are now seeking qualified consultant/professional video company to conduct a short documentary film. Please find the attached ToR for more details.
