Consultant on Training on Soft Skills for CBDRR Facilitators

CRS is looking for a Consultant on TRAINING ON SOFT SKILLS FOR CBDRR FACILITATORS for TOGETHER - Strengthening community resilience to natural disasters in coastal Vietnam in the attached TOR.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in training communication, presentation skills; especially with training of trainer’s methodology
• Experience in Curricula Development
• Experience in the field of community based disaster risk management and climate change, gender expertise.
• Proven track record in the related consultancy work
• Experience with NGOs or international development organization is preferable.
