Norwegian Church Aid (Previous name: Nordic Assistance to Vietnam (NAV) is recruiting a Consultant team to conduct the survey on Climate Change and climate change related health issues in Lia area, Huong Hoa disitrict, Quang Tri province. The ToR is enclosed in the attachement.
