Position: Consultant team to conduct the final evaluation for the project.

Application guidelines:

Interested consultants should send their proposal in English incorporating, at least, the following information:

• Understanding of the TOR
• Approach/methodology/tools
• Consultant(s) experience
• Consultancy team with CVs (no more than 5 pages)
• Detailed work plan
• Financial proposal (Consultancy fee should be quoted in VND)
