Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped/VNAH (www.vnah-hev.org), a U.S based NGO, is implementing the “Disability Rights Enforcement, Coordination and Therapies” project funded by USAID. Within this project, VNAH, in coordination with Bureau of Medical Service Administration – MOH is seeking a national consultant to support the assessment of the implementation of rehabilitation in Rehabilitation Hospital, Traditional Medicine Hospital and Traditional Medicine - Rehabilitation Hospital.
