The SME Development Project in Tra Vinh Province

We are The SME Development Project in Tra Vinh Province funded by Canada (Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, Canada). The project life is from 2014  to 2020. One of the medium term outcomes of the project is to increase  quantity and improve competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Tra Vinh Province. The project has 3 components which are closely related each other.

• Component 1: SME development
• Component 2:  Infrastructure construction supporting SME development
• Component 3: Capacity building for public administration on supporting SME development

Now, we are recruiting the consultant (s) to develop the 5 year SME development plan for Tra Vinh Province.
