Consultant for Project Final Evaluation

CRS is looking for consultant to conduct final evaluation of Project “ Social Inclusion of People with Disabilities through Civil Society Action” and “Sustainability towards Capacity Building for Parent Association Supporting Children with Disabilities” with details in the attached TOR.
