SNV Vietnam is looking for a consultant for the project: MS Excel and MS Access Database Management and Reporting Development

Objective of the Project:
To develop an MS Excel and/or MS Access database as part of the monitoring & evaluation process and also for internal and external reporting procedures.

Job Description:
- Have several meetings to understand the project
- Review available forms and monitoring & evaluation plan
- Make recommendations about the alternatives for programming: MS Excel and/or Ms Access, other
- Develop the database and reporting programming
- Have meeting, presentations and discussions on progress

Qualifications: Qualifications i.e. education, working experience, languages and skills:
- Well knowledge and proved experience about Database programming languages; MS Excel and/or MS Access
- Good at English language;
- Good teamwork skills
