Consultant/ Group of Consultants to Develop the Additional Material for Informatics Profession

The Flemish Association for Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance (VVOB) is seeking for a consultant or group of consultants to develop the additional material for informatics profession following its outline developed between VVOB Vietnam and its partners.
