Consultant to Develop Technical Guidelines for Enhanced Implementation PFES_CarBi Project

Please be informed that WWF-Vietnam is seeking for a qualified candidate for the position Consultant for developing technical guidelines for enhanced implementation of Payment for Forest Environmental Service (PFES) for forest owners and province, district and commune government staff involved in PFES implementation.

Base location: PFES areas in Thua Thien Hue and Quang Nam provinces

Key requirements:

• MSc or higher in forestry, natural resource management, biology, geography or other related field.
• A minimum of five-year experience in the field of natural resources/forest management is mandatory, of which at least three years in PFES implementation.
• Previous experience in elaborating technical guidelines is an advantage.
• Work experience as government staff at provincial level and/or with a company involved in PFES in a relevant position is an advantage.
• Must have working proficiency of both Vietnamese and English.
