Consultant to support development of strategic plan for Vietnam National Committee on Disability

Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH) (www.vnah-hev.org) is a US nonprofit organization established in 1991 aiming to support persons with disabilities in Vietnam to participate fully to the life.

VNAH is currently looking for a Vietnamese national for:

Vacancy: Consultant to develop a 5-year strategic plan for Vietnam National Committee on Disability under DIRECT project funded by USAID.

Based in Hanoi

Qualification: Master degree or higher degree in related works; sound experience on development of strategic plan,  preferably for national organization; solid understanding on laws and policies relevant to social development and persons with disabilities (disability field is a plus); strong skills of reporting, facilitating and presenting; must be fluent in spoken and written English.
