Consultant to conduct Gender Equality Situation in Vietnam and Gender review of Irish Aid Program

Irish Aid is currently recruiting consultant to conduct Gender Equality Situation in Vietnam and Gender review of Irish Aid Program. Interested partners are invited to submit an expression of interest and proposals to [email protected] by COB 23rd November 2012.
The proposal should provide the following information:
a) Outline of the approach and methodology to undertaking the assignment
b) Profile of staff proposed for the assignment
c) Detailed quotation for the study, showing days and costs by individual team member
