Consultant to Conduct the Final Evaluation for Vietnam’s projects within the Global Adoptionscentrum’s Program 2014 -2016

Adoptionscentrum, Sweden is a child-rights organization with its Project Office in Hanoi is looking for experienced and qualified Consultant to conduct the Final Evaluation for Vietnam’s projects within the global  Adoptionscentrum’s program 2014 -2016. Please see the TOR attached for more details of this work.

(1) CV(s) in English stating the title,
(2) a technical proposal;
(3) indicative consultancy rate;
