Consultant for Capacity Needs Assessment & In-depth Formative Research on Climate Information Communication Channel

CARE Vietnam is looking for Consultant to conduct a capacity needs assessment of climate information service providers and an in-depth formative research on climate information communication channels. The capacity needs assessment will target staff of the Hydro-Meteorology Station and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) in the project provinces.
