Consultant for Base-line Analysis

Organization: Plan International Vietnam is looking for a consultancy for baseline and end line cost analysis of business against greening solution and technical support for implementation of greener business model.

Plan is implementing the project “Green skills for urban youth in Vietnam“. The project aims at strengthening the linkages between industries and vocational training programs, providing job-related green skills to the entry-level labor market for the creation of a modern job market towards sustainable green growth. One of the project’s specific outcomes is “Increased support of local businesses to green skills and sustainable green growth”. As a result, Plan is seeking for a consultancy service to conduct baseline and end line cost analysis of business against greening solution and provide technical support for implementation of greener business model.
