CRS is looking for qualified consultancy firm or an Institution to develop the urban CBDRM/CBDRA with detailed requirements in the attached TOR

i) Expression of Interest;
ii) A tentative work plan with detailed technical and financial proposal (in VND)
iii) CVs demonstrating relevant capacity and experience of all team members (with signatures)
