VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Embassy of Australia in Hanoi is looking for a professional and motivated individual for the position of Consular and Passports Officer to the Corporate Management Section.

The position reports directly to the Second Secretary; provides a high quality of consular and passport services for the Australian Embassy in Hanoi.

Applicants should demonstrate English - Vietnamese language proficiency and experience in providing high quality face to face customer service. It is essential to have attention to details and good sense of sensitivity and confidentiality. Having relevant qualifications or experience in the use and maintenance of information technology systems and having knowledge or experience in passport and consular services and management would be desirable.

The successful applicant will be employed on a full-time basis for an initial period of 12 months. The monthly gross salary will be between VND32,075,869 and VND36,720,108 depending on skills and experience.
