Chief of Party: USAID-CPA Project

Chemonics has worked in nearly 150 countries in 40 years, implementing United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and other donor-funded projects in a wide range of sectors.  Currently, Chemonics seeks a Chief of Party for the anticipated USAID-funded Clean Power Asia (CPA) project with TOR/JD attached. The goal of USAID Clean Power Asia is to accelerate Lower Mekong countries' and other ASEAN developing countries’ transition to low-emissions, high-performing economies through direct investment in power development toward environmentally-friendly clean energy, specifically grid-connected renewable energy  that will lead to significantly reduced or avoided greenhouse gas emissions and increased investment in renewable energy.
