Chief of Party (Re-announcement)

Viet-Nam Assistance for the Handicapped (VNAH) (www.vnah-hev.org) is a US-based NGO with developmental assistance programs in Viet Nam since 1992.

VNAH is recruiting a National/International for a Chief of Party (Program Director) position based in Hanoi, Vietnam.  The incumbent will lead a team of 12 national and international staff to implement a disability policy program that is funded by USAID.

Employment duration: approximately 18 months, ending December 2014.

Requirements:  University or higher level of education in international development, health or social studies;  a minimum of 8 years of experience in senior management positions in disability or social development or health programs; proven experience in program management and monitoring and evaluation;  fluent in spoken and written English.
