Title: Consultants to carry out Midterm Review of the project “Early Childhood Development Project in Gia Lai Province”

After two years of project implementation, both implementing organizations (Plan in Vietnam and Department of Education and Training of Gialai province) and the donors  feel the need to have a comprehensive review of the project in order to give recommendations, as necessary, for the second and final phase of project planning and implementation.

UNDP Vietnam seeks proposals from a national institution/firm to produce video clip for communication of POP Pesticides project results. The overall objective of the service is to produce two video clips/films, including one 20-30 minute clip to document the POP Pesticide project’s major achievements, and one 5-minute video story on the project’s impact on people’s life to be shown to international conference of Stockholm Convention (COP 15). The participants to the Stockholm Convention COP15 who come from countries all over the world will be the main target audience for 5-minute video. Both the two videos will be used on UN/DP websites, social media channels and archived in MONRE and UNDP Viet Nam as a project reference.
