Project: Quan Ba Integrated Community Development Project – Phase II (Quan Ba IDCP 2)

Construction work: Dao Guest House – a construction work reflects traditional architecture of Dao ethnic minority in Nam Dam village, Quan Ba disctrict of Ha Giang Province. The house will have 2 floors and 5 bedrooms to accommodate mid-range tourists and to act as a focal point for the coordination of other tourism activities in the village. The construction is planned to be started by end of July 2014 and completed in mid-October 2014.

Construction duration: 3,5 months (since the contract signing date)

2.Bidder’s capacity profile 
3.Details of work price based on items in the Bill of Quantities
4.Construction proposal
5.3 reference letters or contracts to prove winning bids in similar construction works

Bid closing: 5PM on 15 July 2014 (based on postal stamp, we accept bids sent by post only).  Your bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes. All bids will not be returned.
