Call for Documentary Film Making Service on "Sustainable Sanitation and Hygiene Programme (SSH4A) in Vietnam

Background:

In Vietnam SNV works in almost all provinces, with focus on the following key areas:

Objective:
- Communication of SNV’s approach in rural sanitation through a comprehensive methodology called “SSH4A”
- Presentation of the SSH4A methodology in a 10-15 minutes documentary, showing the 4 components and collecting testimonies of beneficiaries, promoters, clients and SNV advisors.

Target audience:
- WASH stakeholders in Vietnam, other SNV WASH advisors, partners clients, and donors (existing and potential).

Diffusion channels:
- SNV’s YouTube channel and SNV  training workshops (ToT, inception workshop, etc.)

Documentary duration:
- Around 10-15 minutes

Language:
- Vietnamese (with English subtitles)

Key messages:
- SSH4A is a comprehensive approach that goes beyond CLTS
- The four components are needed to reach a sustainable impact
- Viewers have a general idea of SNV’s approach
- Approach successfully tested and ready to upscale all over the country

Requirements:
- Professional film crew with at least 5 year experience of producing documentary 
- Availability to travel to Dien Bien (3 days) and to Nghe An (3 days) for filming
- Editing and production  of a complete documentary based on the script agreed upon by SNV and the producer.
