Business Developer / Trainer / Consultant

MDF Training and Consultancy, an international management training and consultancy organisation for the development sector, has a vacancy in its branch office in Hanoi.

They are looking for a: Business Developer / trainer / consultant

With the following qualifications:
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of relevant international development experience
- At least 2 years training (and consultancy) experience, on Result Based Management,  Project Management, Management Skills, or Institutional and Organisational Development
- Proven networking skills in the development sector, NGO’s, Government, UN-organizations.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and empathic
- Open-minded, entrepreneurial skills
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Excellent command of English (speaking and writing)
- Willing to travel at least three months per year (national and international)
- Vietnamese national
