Bidders for tender package – Round 1: “Mass media activities in FY24”

WWF-Viet Nam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation would like to invite prospective bidders who are interested in our tender package – Round 1: “Mass media activities in FY24”.

HOW TO APPLY:

Bidders are invited to submit Round 1 bids via email. Bidders who submit electronic proposals must follow the following submission instructions:

• The electronic file shall be in the form of MS word or MS excel or PDF.
• Please send the electronic Bid to [email protected] . Your e-mail must have the subject heading as “Ref FY24-0694 BCA-HST (Round 1)-[name of bidder]-Mass media activities in FY24”
• Please be aware that a Bid emailed to WWF-Vietnam will be rejected if it is received after the deadline for bid submission. As an email may take sometime to arrive after it is sent, especially if it contains a lot of information, we advise all bidders to send email submissions well before the deadline.
• Maximum size for electronic submission: The maximum size per email that the Purchaser can receive is 25MB.

Deadline for submission: on or before 17:00, December 07^th, 2023 (Hanoi time – ICT)
