Bear Rescue Project in Bach Ma National Park is implemented by Animals Asia Foundation in cooperation with the Forest Protection Department, represented by Bach Ma National Park. This is a project with the scale of rescuing and housing 300 bears in a semi-wild environment, with the aim of ending bear farming, contributing to the conservation of bears in Vietnam and in the region.

The Project Management Board is in need of recruiting an employee for the position of Bear Carer as follows:

Working Position: Bear and Vet Department

Type of Employment: Full-time; Contract: 1 or 2 years (can be extended according to the project)

Working Location: Vietnam Bear Rescue Project at Bach Ma National Park, Phu Loc District, Thua Thien Hue Province

Requirements:

• Good reading and writing Vietnamese; High School Graduation preferred
• Good health; familiar with gardening and outdoor work
• Good communication, good problem solving skills
• Know how to set priorities, organise tasks to complete the work
