Administration Officer
Good Neighbors is an international, non-profit humanitarian organization that plans, implements and raises funds for the provision of services in child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief projects. Currently Good Neighbors has been operating in 30 countries, supporting approximately 16.8 million people, including 9.6 million children.
Good Neighbors in Vietnam (GNI) is implementing Community Development Projects (CDP) based on child sponsorship in 3 provinces; Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh, and Thanh Hoa. GNI is working in main areas such as child sponsorship and education, water and sanitation, income generation, etc. in 9 CDPs and is managing 7,346 sponsored children.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES
HR
- Update HR manual and AD Forms
- Manage GNV's stamp
- Arrange/Coordinate the Annual conference and staff meeting
- Recruit (advertise, gather the CV, inform the interview date to interviewees)
- Announcement about HR (recruit, resign, warning, etc)and staff list
- Update Staff list
- Manage the Annual/compensation/sick leave card (Check the date)
- Manage the In & Out going card
Administration
- Status of NGO
- Check the official letter
- Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meeting
- Check and update the law related operation/storage the hard copy/ (NGO, labor, social insurance, children…)
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system (electronic file should be backed up the all file from each division)
- Management of inventory and equipment
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment (including to check the update the vaccine program in all HO computer)
- Car using(log book)
PR
- Receiving and answering phone call
- Manage the home page/ website
- Network with INGO and Government
- Translation
- Related to AD
3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education
- University degree in administration management, foreign language, education or relevant fields
Work experience
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with INGOs
Skills
- Ability to assess candidates’ applications
- Good English language skills in writing & speaking;
- Good skill in computer use (Microsoft office)
- Supportive to other staff
- Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills
Attitude
- Sociable, responsive, very careful
- Detail oriented
