02 Researchers
The Research and Training Centre for Community Development (RTCCD) is a local research institution based in Hanoi and has been in operation since 1996,. The Center has since become a think tank that conducts policy-oriented research on health and poverty alleviation and provides an independent voice for advocating participatory community development in Vietnam.
RTCCD is looking to recruit 2 researchers in the field of psychology. Position details and skill requirements are described below.
Type of work: Full time for 1 year (with possibility of extension)
Location: This position will be based in Hanoi and with travel to regional project sites as required.

Duties:
- Administer psychosocial tests as a part of a Maternal and Child Health Project in Ha Nam province.
- Participate in some community mental health projects and school mental health programs
- Design and provide training for local staff in the field of community level mental health promotion and screening.
Selection criteria:
- University bachelor degree or higher in psychology (clinical or social) or psychiatry.
- At least two years experience working in the field. Experience conducting psychology training courses will be highly regarded.
- Good computer skills on Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet project deadlines.
