Youth with a Mission - Mercy Relief and Development Asia (YWAM-MRDA) is an international Christian non-governmental organisation. It is operating in 11 countries in Asia, with an emphasis in health care training, rehabilitation, agriculture, aquaculture, micro-enterprise development, literacy training and education. These regional projects are aimed at the most needy people
History of operations in Vietnam
YWAM has been operating in Viet Nam since October 1997 in rural development, water sannitation, waste treatment, biogas, nutrition, homes for children in difficult circumstances, preschools, early childhood care and development, hearing impaired, motor-impaired, flood relief, agriculture and . Funding for these projects has come from the New Zealand Embassy, Royal Netherlands Embassy, Tear - Fund UK, Help A Child Netherlands, COM Switzerland, Ha Noi International Women's Club, Ha Noi International Church as well as individual donors
