Their daily lives are filled with hardships --- lack of food, untreatable sicknesses, limited opportunity to learn, and countless other hardships. To make things better, we must look squarely at the root causes of these problems. At FIDR, we engage in frank and open dialogues with local people. We keep working together to bring about change in the status quo. With time, the local people will build a better future at their own initiative. When this happens, the children will also be able to go through their lives with confidence in their future possibilities.
