Vietnam Province Operates $3.14M General Hospital

Bac Giang province in northern Vietnam operated Wednesday the Luc Ngan District General Hospital that costs VND58 billion ($3.14 million) worth of g-bonds. Ha Do II Joint Stock Co. has built the 200-bed hospital on a site of 13,000 square meters since 2006, local authorities said on its website Jan. 14. Speaking at the opening ceremony, Minister of Health Nguyen Quoc Trieu spoke highly the authorities and the construction unit for completing the project on schedule. The hospital is expected to provide better healthcare services for locals and contribute to reduce the overload at central-district hospitals.
