Vietnam Province Operates $1.78M General Hospital
Authorities of Vietnam’s central highlands province of Dak Lak put into operation Buon Ma Thuot City General Hospital worth VND34 billion ($1.78 million) on Mar. 6 after six-year construction. Located on site of 18,800 square meters, the 200-sickbed hospital has 18 treatment wards and more than 60 medical workers, the Tien Phong newspaper reported Mar. 8. The healthcare facility is expected to meet demand of medical check-ups and treatment for the locals and contribute to reduce overload of the provincial general hospital.
