Vietnam Hospital to Invest $5.4M to Build Clinic Early 2010

Thai Binh Duong Hospital in the central province of Quang Nam will invest VND100 billion ($5.4 million) to build a new clinic in Tam Ky City in early 2010. At a ceremony to mark five-year establishment Dec. 19, the hospital’s board of directors said that the clinic will have 150 sick-beds, the Dat Viet newspaper reported Monday. The hospital financed VND120 million ($6,500) for the Hoi An City’s Office of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the provincial Department of Health to build four houses for medial staff and poor people.
