Vietnam Firm Starts Building $11.96M General Hospital in Central
Ho Chi Minh City-based Building Materials and Construction Company has started the construction on a general hospital worth VND227.19 billion ($11.96 million) in the central province of Ha Tinh. Located in Thach Trung commune’s Thanh Phu hamlet, the hospital will have 350 sickbeds, the Dau Tu newspaper reported June 16. The facility is slated for completion in late 2014, the newspaper added. Vietnam now has 13,600 state and private-owned hospitals with 172,500 sickbeds.
