Vietnam City OKs $4.2M Plan to Upgrade Traditional Medicine Hospital
Authorities of Vietnam’s southern city of Can Tho have approved a plan to spend VND80 billion ($4.2 million) to upgrade the city’s Traditional Medicine Hospital. The upgrade is expected to start at the end of this year and be completed in early 2012, the sgtt.com.vn reported Feb. 23, citing Ton Chi Ngan, director of the hospital. Once operational, the new hospital will have 200 sick-beds and be equipped with advance equipment.
