Three Vietnam Female Scientists Win UNESCO Scholarships 2010

Three Vietnamese women have won L’Oreal – UNESCO scholarship s 2010 for scientific researches, state media reported Oct 20. Winners include Doctor Nguyen Thi Van Anh from Hanoi University of Science, doctors Dinh Thi Mai Thanh and Doan Thi Mai Huong from the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. The scholarship costs VND150 million ($7,692) each.  UNESCO-L'ORÉAL scholarship is given to three Vietnamese female scientists aged below 40 for projects on life and material sciences annually.
