The school drop-out rate in the Mekong Delta has declined significantly this year, according to reports at a meeting held in Ca Mau province on Nov. 29. Ca Mau province has the lowest drop-out ratio with 0.04%, followed by Vinh Long province with 0.44% and Soc Trang province with 1.04%.
