National or International Consultant to Develop the Strategy for Funds Raising

Vietnam Association for Protection of Children’s Rights (VAPCR)  - UNICEF Project is looking for a national or international consultant to develop the strategy for funds raising.
You are invited to submit an application  in English language for the service mentioned above  based on the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference attached herewith.
